Job Summary

For those interested in Production Technician role, this is t he perfect job for you.  This position is critical in testing and validating the performance of manufactured Skids, Cartridges, oil reservoirs, and electrical control boxes. The role involves collecting valuable data for the engineering and production teams before products are delivered to customers. This is an onsite position with potential for permanent hire.

Job Description

• Perform tests on manufactured products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance. Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Gather and compile data necessary for engineering and project teams to review the performance and functionality of products.
• Investigate specific components of products and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing.
• Keep detailed records such as Safe Work Permits, especially when conducting hydrotests.
• Ensure a clean and organized testing area following 5S principles and maintain all tools in good working condition.
• Work closely with the Quality team to ensure all tests are performed correctly and efficiently.

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills.
• Mechanically oriented with the ability to operate and troubleshoot heavy electrical machinery.
• Experience with high-pressure or high-voltage testing is a plus.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Basic computer skills (emailing, form filling, basic data entry).
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs.
• Comfort working at heights (up to 15 feet).

Education/Training/Certifications

• H igh S chool Diploma or GED required
• Associate’s Degree is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Shi ft: M-F 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM PST
• Overtime may be required based on workload and production needs.
