Job Description

As a Patient Coordinator and Medical Assistant at Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional client care and luxury experiences. You will work closely with our medical providers to ensure the seamless preparation and execution of aesthetic medical procedures. Your role will encompass assisting with procedure preparation, managing time effectively, and adhering to vendor specifications for product preparation. Additionally, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client journey through your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

Client Services:

  • Greet clients with professionalism and warmth, setting the tone for a luxury experience.
  • Manage scheduling, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure seamless appointment flow.
  • Handle payments, memberships, and promotional offers accurately and efficiently.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text with promptness and clarity.

Clinical Support:

  • Prepare clients for treatments, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
  • Assist providers during procedures, ensuring proper setup and sterilization of equipment.
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Perform post-treatment care, including dressing wounds, applying topical treatments, or assisting with follow-ups.

Education & Product Knowledge:

  • Educate clients on treatment options, product recommendations, and post-care protocols.
  • Stay updated on clinic offerings and advancements to confidently discuss them with clients.

Team Collaboration:

  • Assist in daily operational tasks, including inventory management and supply orders.
  • Support providers in achieving clinic goals, ensuring smooth communication between departments.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and promotional events.

Compliance & Standards:

  • Ensure all clinical and administrative procedures meet regulatory and luxury brand standards.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to maintain a 10-star client experience.

Upselling & Retention:

  • Build lasting client relationships by personalizing recommendations and anticipating their needs.
  • Promote memberships, packages, and additional treatments to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or degree from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Previous experience in a medical or aesthetic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client care and fostering positive relationships with team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments and special events.

Job Type: Full-time

Hourly: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
