About the Role:

We're seeking a talented Logistics Coordinator to play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our goods. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll leverage your expertise in logistics and inventory control to streamline processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate Transportation: Arrange transportation with various providers to ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments.
Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate channels.
Ensure Accuracy: Review purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy.
Arrange Special Shipments: Make special shipping arrangements as needed.
Resolve Shipping Issues: Track and rectify shipping errors.
Prepare Invoices: Prepare bills and invoices.
Manage Budgets: Manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Maintain Quality: Ensure that all services meet required standards.
Develop Efficient Processes: Develop and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization.
Monitor Operations: Monitor the operational aspects of import/export activities.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, service providers, and partners, including shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies.
What You'll Bring:

2+ years of experience is preferred.
Knowledge of specific systems is highly desirable.
Experience in ocean import/export and air import/export is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office programs.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 45,000.00 Per Year
