Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Maintain up to 8 retail locations, ensuring HVAC, refrigeration, and facility equipment run smoothly.
• Conduct site checks and collaborate with store leaders to uphold quality standards.
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy in maintenance costs.
• Plan and oversee maintenance projects, including budgeting, negotiations, and store renovations.
• Provide 24/7 emergency response with a shared team coverage system.
• Select and manage service providers to boost service quality and efficiency.
• Enforce strict maintenance and quality control through inspections and clear communication.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Handle maintenance requests using platforms like Accruent, Facilio, and Service Channel.
• Analyze facilities data to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or significant experience in facilities management, HVAC, refrigeration, or food service equipment.
• Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and store management.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex projects.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, and database management, with experience analyzing facilities data.
