Prequel Solutions is in search for an associate attorney that is looking to join a growing firm in the Pittsburgh area. 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handling routine bankruptcy court hearings (20-25 per week).
• Reviewing and ensuring accuracy of pleadings prepared by legal assistant.
• Following up on answers filed and facilitating settlements.
• Managing high-volume caseload independently.
• Some client interaction via email (primarily handled by legal assistant).

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Comfort with court appearances (short, routine hearings).
• Experience in high-volume legal work (collections or foreclosure preferred).
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in handling settlements and following up on filings.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work independently without micromanagement.
