About the Internship

This summer, join our team as a Summer Intern and support our mission of creating and preserving affordable housing. You'll gain valuable experience in the affordable housing industry, working alongside experienced professionals to analyze loan requests, conduct research, and support the underwriting process.

What You'll Do

Analyze loan requests and determine eligibility for loan programs.
Conduct research on borrowers, properties, and neighborhoods.
Assist in the preparation of loan packages.
Collaborate with the team to meet goals and ensure efficiency.
Gain exposure to different aspects of affordable housing finance.

What We're Looking For

You're currently enrolled in a graduate program in a related field, or have 1-2 years of experience in affordable housing or real estate.
You have strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
You're a team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.
You're proficient in Excel and have strong analytical skills.
What Your Internship Will Be Like

Our internship program runs from June 2nd to August 8th.
We offer lunch and learn sessions throughout the summer to help you learn more about our organization.
You'll have the opportunity to tour properties and construction projects.
We'll provide you with a hot breakfast three times a week, as well as snacks and drinks.
This is a full-time, hybrid internship program. You'll work from our office at least three days a week, with the option to work remotely two days a week.
