Next Door & Window is seeking qualified and experienced window and door installing subcontractors. If you have and your crew have a proven track record of providing world class craftsmanship and customer service Next Door & Window has work for you. Next Door & Window is leading window and door replacement company that has been servicing the entire Chicagoland area for the last 20 years. We are now opening operations in the Madison area are looking to build a world class force of installation crews. Our customers demand the highest quality products and the highest level quality installation. Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of window or door installations
• High attention to detail on all tasks performed, execution on all installations, and follow-up communication relaying information to the main office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of technical problem solving skills and people skills
• Ability to take initiative, resolve jobsite issues, and to work in a team environment is essential
• Minimum 3 days a week of availability to be scheduled (Mon-Sat)

• Valid Driver’s License
• Previous work references
• Ownership of truck/van/trailer and required tools
• Certificate of Insurance with the following coverage minimums:
• General Liability -
• $2 million aggregate
• $2 million products & completed operations
• $1 million per occurrence
• $1 million personal advertising injury
• Automobile Liability - $1 million combined single limit
• Workman’s Compensation - $500k-$500k-$500k
• Umbrella or Excess Liability - $5 million
• Certified Lead Renovator Certificate
