Duration: 5 months contract

Job Description:

• This job has breadth to manage programs and processes in the anti-abuse space. Our team makes a significant impact because of its deep passion towards protecting all our customers (users, advertisers, and publishers) from the complex, sophisticated and growing digital fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the projects in the area of creating Invalid traffic defenses.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project and program plans, proactively mitigate risks and share regular progress updates.
• Closely partner with Engineering and Product Management leads on various ad product verticals and with cross functional teams.
• Find areas for scalable and sustainable improvements in Eng team operations, formulate ways to achieve them and lead execution.
• Execute and control performance of the key processes within the team. Identify and implement process optimizations. Examples: launch review process.
• Plan and control the execution for the defense development projects.
• Develop comprehensive reporting.

Experience:

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software program management.
• Experience with process ownership and optimization in tech companies.
• Google Workspace suite proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivery of complex technical projects, building lightweight organizational processes and continuously improving them, exhibit ability to work across organizational boundaries and communicate clearly.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in tech companies.
• PMP certification; Six sigma green belt.

Education:

• Bachelors/Master s degree, preferably in technical field.
