Required Skills: RF System Validation Engineer Responsibilities:
1. Define test plans, perform RF system validation and debugging, maintain and organize test data, and present findings to cross-functional teams
2. Track and debug RF issues from the lab or field, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation plans
3. Maintain and optimize internal test systems and develop new automated test systems
4. Responsible for factory RF test station bring-up, data collection and analysis, issue debugging, and verification of fixes
5. Support wireless certification processes
Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
6. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
7. Practical experience of RF system-level parameters and trade-offs
8. Proficient in RF test methodology and troubleshooting, RF tester setup, bench rework, and debugging
9. Hands-on experience with lab equipment, including spectrum analyzers, call boxes, Vector Network Analyzers, VNAs, power meters, power dividers, RF switches, etc.
10. Working knowledge of at least one wireless communication system, such as Cellular (NR, LTE, WCDMA, GSM), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, etc
11. Demonstrated experience in project management, collaboration and cross-function team work with track record of crafting clear and concise, emails, reports & documents for a broad range of stakeholders

12. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
13. Comprehensive understanding of both industrial (IEEE/BTSIG/PTCRB/GCF, etc.) and regulatory (FCC/IC/CE/KR/MIC, etc.) wireless specifications, test methodologies, and test procedures on various RF testers
14. Experience in factory station bring-up and build support is a plus
15. Experience in automating test systems using scripting languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
Public Compensation: $111,000/year to $164,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
