About the Role

The Talent team is looking for an Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the growing Talent Operations team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in improving talent operations, optimizing scheduling logistics, and ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance time-to-schedule metrics, expand and manage interviewer pools, and refine end-to-end recruiting workflows.

In addition, you will coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and ensure we provide a top-notch candidate experience from beginning to end. You’ll play a pivotal role within a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring candidates have a positive and lasting impression of Ramp. You will leverage existing recruiting tools and practices while continuously exploring opportunities to continuously improve the Talent team's processes.

_ Please note that this role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC or SF office 3 days/week. _

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and implement process improvements through analysis to optimize scheduling and coordination workflows, reducing bottlenecks and inefficiencies

  • Build and maintain an engaged and scalable engineering interviewer pool to support hiring needs (and support other groups as needed)

  • Drive the scheduling process and communicate logistics to all candidates and hiring teams and act as the primary contact during virtual and in-person interviews

  • Maintain a high-touch candidate experience by ensuring smooth communication, logistics, and feedback loops

  • Partner with Talent and and hiring teams to ensure seamless execution of coordination strategies

  • Manage and own workflows within our scheduling tool (Modernloop), Ramp’s ATS (Ashby), and Zapier for automation

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting coordination or operations role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive process improvements

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools

  • Comfortable scheduling a high-volume of interviews

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport

Nice to Haves

  • Experience leveraging AI and automation to enhance recruiting processes and improve efficiency

  • Experience working with engineering teams and interviewer pools is a plus
