Customer Service and Client Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a daily checklist for 200+ client accounts to ensure smooth service delivery
Onboard new clients and ensure they are properly integrated into our system
Collaborate with the media buying and delivery teams to ensure client accounts are set up correctly
Update and maintain client CRM and accounts as needed
Act as the first point of contact for clients with concerns, resolving issues promptly
Regularly reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and the service is running smoothly
Schedule deep-dive calls with clients to review progress and address any questions or concerns
Manage and prioritize client requests and inquiries
Provide coaching and guidance to clients to help them achieve the best possible results
Demonstrate leadership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Who We're Looking For:
A "go-getter" attitude with a passion for helping clients succeed
At least 2 years of experience in client retention, management, or a similar field
Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively
Excellent attendance and a self-driven work ethic, with minimal supervision
Experience in phone sales, particularly appointment setting or lead generation, is a plus
Coaching and/or sales management experience is desirable
Proven leadership experience and the ability to motivate others
The ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
A quiet, distraction-free home or office workspace
A willingness to continuously learn and grow professionally
A strong belief in your ability to create new opportunities and thrive in a competitive environment

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Salary: $48,000 per year with the potential to earn $120,000+ based on performance
Full-time role
Work Location: Fully remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
Bonus pay based on client retention

2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
2+ years of B2B sales experience (Required)
2+ years of customer relationship management experience (Required)
