The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of our full-service offering, sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong relationship building skills, and the ability to influence decision makers to make Premier Restoration their first choice when restoration services are needed.

Position Summary / Primary Purpose

The Sales Representative will sell the suite of services offered by Premier Restoration Hawaii to current and new clientele.

Essential Functions

  • Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their processes and needs
  • Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their current and future needs
  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; assist with the Customer Care Coordinator team to resolve any issues that may arise post-sale
  • Maintains communication and relationships with existing and previous customers, document activities and touches in Salesforce
  • Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
  • Provides periodic territory sales forecasts
  • May be assigned to a territory or market segment

Minimum experience:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales, preferably in hotel and hospitality field
  • Strong consultative sales experience
  • Ability to build lasting business relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:  Starting at $65,000/annually, based on experience
