Position Overview:
Join Doctors of Physical Therapy , a physical therapist-owned and well-established provider, as we seek a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our Marshfield, WI clinic. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a patient-centered, results-oriented clinic in a relaxed and friendly environment. As the Clinic Director , you will oversee the day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality care to patients.

• Full-time availability is required, with a preference for working five days per week
• Flexible scheduling options available: four 10-hour days
• Two evenings required, working until 7 p.m. on those days
• No weekends, no holidays

Caseload:
You’ll treat a wide variety of patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting . This position includes a mix of outpatient orthopedics and Workers' Compensation cases. Unique to this clinic, you’ll work with a major employer offering physical therapy services without the hassle of insurance .

• Patient load : Treat 10-12 patients per day
• Patient scheduling : Every 30 minutes, with a PT Tech available to assist

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary : $85,000+ based on experience

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone with an upbeat, energetic personality who is passionate about patient care and willing to put in the effort to succeed. Managerial experience is preferred but not required.

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Minimum of six months of outpatient experience required (2 years preferred)
• Full-time availability, 40+ hours per week
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
