Operating Room (OR)  Registered Nurse (RN)

RN Operating Room West Palm Beach needed in Atlantis, FL.

This position is with a progressive, financially stable Hospital System.

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Rate - $36.57 - $51.34 based on experience

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during surgical procedures, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures or other functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document the administration of care in the patient's medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
• Perform the administration of prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain a knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in the care of surgical patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current State of Florida Registered RN License, or
• Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification via the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• A minimum of one year of acute care hospital RN OR experience.
• Call required
• Fingerprinting required
