MSP Channel Product Manager

Position Summary:

Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge IT solutions and driving product success? We're looking for a MSP Channel Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of our managed IT product offerings. In this role, you'll conduct market research, plan and launch products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our solutions meet customer needs while maximizing profitability.

As the MSP Channel Product Manager, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle—from research and planning to implementation and revenue performance. You'll play a key role in evaluating new technologies, managing vendor relationships, and supporting marketing efforts to bring innovative IT solutions to market. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of managed IT services and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze industry trends and customer needs in the SMB IT space.
Define product strategy and roadmap for remote monitoring, backup & recovery, cybersecurity, cloud services, and more.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify differentiators and opportunities.

Product Development & Launch:

Work closely with leadership to select strategic partners that align with company objectives.
Develop and deliver training for new product rollouts, including sales strategies, marketing materials, and certifications.
Test and evaluate potential new products, ensuring they meet company and customer requirements.
Run pilot programs for early-stage products and assess their market fit.

Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with marketing teams to create compelling content for websites, sales materials, and training programs.
Work cross-functionally with teams to align product priorities and execution.
Host webinars and educational sessions for franchise partners and customers.

Performance & Growth:

Monitor and report on product revenue performance.
Ensure annual revenue targets are met for each product solution.
Provide ongoing support and enhancements to our product suite.

What You Bring to the Role:

Experience & Expertise:

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the Managed IT space.
Proven track record of launching and managing IT products, including Cloud, Device Management, IaaS, SaaS, UCaaS, DaaS, and internal tools.
Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
AI expertise, including implementing ChatGPT Enterprise to enhance productivity.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to product development.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.
