We're looking for a dynamic Logistics Coordinator to play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain operations and ensuring efficient inventory management. You'll be the go-to person for coordinating shipments, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth distribution. Your Role in Our Success:

Coordinate Shipments: Arrange transportation with providers to ensure timely and accurate movement of shipments.
Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and guide them to the appropriate resources.
Ensure Accuracy: Review purchase orders and shipping documents to maintain accuracy.
Handle Special Arrangements: Make necessary special shipping arrangements.
Track and Resolve Issues: Monitor shipments and resolve any shipping errors that arise.
Manage Finances: Prepare bills and invoices and manage distribution and shipment budgets.
Maintain Quality: Ensure that all services meet our high-quality standards.
Improve Efficiency: Develop and implement processes to enhance supply chain efficiency and organization.
Oversee Operations: Monitor operational aspects of ocean and air departments.
Ensure Compliance: Guarantee that daily import operations adhere to client standards, procedures, and instructions.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, clients, service providers, and partners.
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in logistics is preferred.
Knowledge of the CargoWise system is a big plus!
Experience with ocean import/export and air import/export is an advantage.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional customer service and client relations skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Proficiency in using computers, software, and other technology for inventory and communication.
Proficient in MS Office programs.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Ability to multitask.
