Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Litigation Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide support to attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case preparation, research, and document management.
• Draft legal documents, organize case files, and assist with trial preparations.
• Maintain attention to detail while managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth case progression.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a litigation environment.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a must.
• Paralegal Certificate or associate in paralegal studies is a plus, but not required.
