Job Overview:

As a licensed mental health professional, you'll use your expertise in clinical assessment, counseling, and treatment planning to support individuals and families in achieving their mental health and wellness goals. This position requires knowledge of clinical interviewing methods, diagnosis, therapeutic techniques, and patient rights. You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team while delivering care in both remote and onsite settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews and diagnostic assessments to develop comprehensive treatment and recovery plans for patients and their families.
Participate in the intake process by gathering relevant medical, social, and mental health history from patients and their families.
Provide crisis intervention, case management, referrals, and other mental health services to clients and their loved ones.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and clinical issues, and to prepare progress reports.
Develop individualized and group treatment plans to address emotional, mental, and family-related concerns.
Provide ongoing clinical assessments and treatment, ensuring that clients' needs are met and progress is monitored.
Maintain detailed clinical case histories to document client treatment progress and aid in diagnostic evaluations.
Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited institution in one of the following fields: marriage, family, and child counseling; marital and family therapy; social work; psychology; clinical psychology; counseling psychology; or counseling with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
Required Licensure:

A current license in the state of Georgia as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
Compensation Range:
$75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
