We are looking for dependable and self-motivated individuals to join our install team. We primarily perform residential solar installations. Experience with electrical systems or basic electrical work is a plus. We provide all the training and tools for you to succeed. This position is entry-level with ample room to advance. A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble racking and solar array
• Install roof-mounted solar systems
• Properly seal all roof penetrations
• Assist with electrical connections for solar systems
• Maintain a clean work site

QUALIFICATIONS:

• No fear of heights; be comfortable working on a roof
• Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of tools and electrical systems is a plus
• Must be able to climb ladders safely
• Works well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain professional appearance and good communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
