Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented eDiscovery Project Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eDiscovery processes and technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing eDiscovery projects from inception to completion with a focus on data processing procedures, quality control, and production.
DUTIES OF THE POSITION: - Manage and oversee the operational components of eDiscovery projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to define operational requirements and deliverables.
- Perform data processing, culling (de-NIST, de-duplication, date filter, keyword search), exporting, email handling, and loose document processing, specifically in Relativity.
- Execute advanced queries in various eDiscovery review platforms to isolate production populations.
- Coordinate processing and loading third party, hardcopy data, imaging, conversion, and load file modifications.
- Perform production exports and quality assurance according to client specifications.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project stakeholders throughout the eDiscovery process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve eDiscovery processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of eDiscovery protocols and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members on eDiscovery tools and techniques.
- Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily tasks and workflows to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in eDiscovery or a related field.
- Proficiency with eDiscovery tools such as Relativity, Nuix, 4iG, and EnCase.
- Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage the operational tasks across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high-level problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work nights and weekends as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
- Certification in eDiscovery (e.g., Relativity certificates, CEDS) is a plus.
THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: - Knowledge of litigation support industry including evolution of product offerings and changing dynamics/expectations.
- General knowledge of litigation lifecycle or experience managing litigations.
- Experience troubleshooting applications and communicating results to support teams.
- Relativity administrator experience.
- Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
- Relativity Specialist certifications.

SALARY: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience
