Position: E-commerce Manager

Summary:

As the E-commerce Manager, you will be a key driver in managing and optimizing Perfect Posture's e-commerce platforms, contributing to the growth of our digital presence and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead efforts to develop, execute, and analyze data-driven campaigns that expand our market reach and enhance KPIs. This role is ideal for an innovative, detail-oriented professional passionate about leveraging technology to deliver measurable results.

Core Responsibilities

Strategy and Growth:
  • Develop and execute a cohesive e-commerce strategy to increase KPIs, drive conversions, and maximize ROI across platforms.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for growth, including expansion into new channels, markets, or retail platforms.
  • Align e-commerce strategies with company objectives.
Platform Optimization:
  • Oversee and continuously refine product pages, ensuring up-to-date keywords, meta tags, product descriptions, and digital media assets.
  • Monitor platform updates and implement the latest e-commerce functionalities to enhance user experience and performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for advertising and product content to optimize performance metrics.
Analytics and Reporting:
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Deliver regular performance reports detailing KPIs, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or SEMrush to track and measure SEO and campaign effectiveness.
Customer Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer reviews and feedback, fostering stronger brand loyalty.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product details and shipping updates across various platforms.
  • Support the rollout of engaging social media campaigns aligned with e-commerce objectives.
Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for product launches and promotions.
  • Assist in evaluating new product viability by delivering data-backed sales projections and budget recommendations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Management within e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.
  • Proven expertise in SEO and Paid Search, including content and on-page optimization.
  • Track record of success with A/B testing and campaign performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SEO trackers like SEMrush.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and other advanced formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Experience in image and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
