As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the construction, installation, and repair of commercial structures. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials, such as wood, plastic, and drywall.
• Construct frameworks, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Install doors, windows, and hardware.
• Install and repair various fixtures and finishes, such as cabinets, countertops, and trim.
• Perform general construction tasks, such as leveling, scaffolding, and cleanup.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers.
• Complete projects within designated timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in commercial construction.
• Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or equivalent training.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
• Ability to operate and maintain a variety of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurement and installation.
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
