Center for Disease Detection (CDD) is seeking an Account Administrator to join our team. This position will work with health departments, doctors' offices, clinics and clients throughout the country to ensure all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. The Account Administrator will handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a world-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about account management and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.
Schedule: 1st Shift, 8 hours, Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday; Start and End time can be between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. or 9:00 am - 6 pm (will vary). Saturday rotations every 2 months.

Duties/ Responsibilities * * :**
Handle second level coverage for client telephone, email, and verbal inquires
Handle questions on client billing, questions on results, pickup/courier issues, test questions, and proper shipping and packaging of specimens
Work with couriers to schedule pick-ups, update schedules, and handle shipping issues
Manage existing accounts and set up new accounts, sending supplies and training materials
Maintaining up-to-date client documentation supplies, test lists, and contacts
Install laboratory software and conduct client software training as well as specimen shipping and handling procedures
Assist with all client technical issues
Assure all client issues encountered are cared for and handle escalated issues from Client Care personnel
Setup of new accounts and potential travel to new sites for client visitation
Maintaining up-to-date client documentation, supplies, test lists, and contacts
Processing and handling of Laboratory Amendment forms
Conduct customer site checks and surveys
Mentor Customer Service Support Representatives (CSSR)
Assist Customer Service Managers when needed
Back up for administrative duties on a rotating basis
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work with a team and independently
Polished written and oral communication
Strong analytical research and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge and skills using MS Office
Knowledge supporting software and web-based applications
Knowledge updating PCs with new software releases
Ability to troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desirable
